• Serial TVS done, first scan done on D2 of period
• Ovulation induction medicines started. Patient ask to come for follow up after 7 to 8 days.
• On D8 – Trans vaginal scan done to look for follicular development in form of size of follicle and number of follicles.

Depending on that report, patient ask to come for follow up.

• Normally follicle grow 2-3 mm/day
• Follicular monitoring helps in determine exact time for Trigger ovulation
• Prevent OHSS
• We also look for endometrium for thickness and appearance
