Case of successful pregnancy in first embryo transfer cycle at Sunflower Infertility and IVF Center, in a patient With 5 IVF failed outside.

A 32-year-old woman, married for seven years, came to us with a history of primary infertility and five failed IVF attempts elsewhere. Despite these challenges, her blood tests were normal, and her ultrasound showed a large adenomyotic uterus with normal ovaries.
To improve the husband’s sperm count, we provided oral antioxidants and hormonal supplements. Both their karyotype reports came back normal, giving us a good starting point.
We initiated her stimulation with recombinant FSH and HMG, leading to the formation of six embryos through ICSI: four embryos on day 5 and two on day 3. We transferred a blastocyst during her frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle, and she conceived on the first attempt.
The couple was overjoyed and could hardly believe that their seven-year journey to achieve a pregnancy had finally come to a joyful conclusion.
At Sunflower Infertility and IVF Center, we are thrilled to be a part of their success story and to have helped them turn their dream of parenthood into reality.
